Introduction
Marilyn Monroe is one of the actresses with the most fans. She is the artist with the largest number of collectors of items related to her.
Magazines are one of the most wanted items for collectors. Some magazines with Marilyn Monroe on the cover come at very high prices. For example, Marilyn was the cover of the first Playboy published in 1953, and in excellent condition can be worth between 5000 and 7000 euros.
Regarding the Portuguese magazines, also very searched, the rarest ones can reach a few hundred Euros.
The most interesting magazines are those that were published while the artist was still alive, until 1962. Others can also be of great interest, as they may contain information, or original images, or some special edition.
So, today I publish this post dedicated to one of the rarest and most wanted magazines published in Portugal, with Marilyn Monroe on the cover.

Estúdio magazine has 2 distinct series. The first series is published between 1953 and 1962, and has about 220 issues. The second series is published between 1962 and 1974, and has more than 250 issues. In total it has existed for 21 years and has published about 470 issues.
